ISPS Handa Australian Open 2019, to be held at The Grange Golf Club in Adelaide, will go without Brooke Henderson

2019 ISPS Handa Women’s Australian Open, begins on Thursday, 14th February, at The Grange Golf Club in Adelaide, will be without Ms Brooke Henderson, as she decided to withdraw from the tournament. She mentioned¬†undisclosed illness is the reason for her withdrawal.

The No. 9 in the Rolex World Ranking tied for sixth place, at season-opening LPGA Tour in Florida on January. Still her body developed illness, while she travelled to Australia and forced to stay away from the tournament.

21 year old Brooke Henderson, until now won seven career LPGA Tours, including¬†2016 Women’s PGA Championship,¬†Lotte Championship and the CP Women’s Open.

World No.1 Ariya Jutanugarn and former No.1 Lydia Ko (now 14th) also ready to take part in the open, Brooke was also expected as the Canadian is a popular drawcard.
